Job Description Summary
The purpose of this position is to provide clerical or direct support to the Air Conditioning, Aviation & Automotive department at Del Mar College.
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or GED equivalency.
Six (6) months office/clerical related experience.
Required Job Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Knowledge of various technology platforms and operating systems.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Great customer service skills and professional work ethic.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Computer literate.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word.
Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to work independently and to take initiative in fulfilling responsibilities.

Create and manage reservations and schedules for ALS.
Create and distribute weekly, monthly, and semester schedules for ALS.

Maintain and stock office and instructional supplies.
