Aem Front End Developer

Location: Basking Ridge, NJ or Miami, FL or Denver, CO or 140 West, NYC (Hybrid)

Duration: Contract

Experience: 11+years

Job Description: Develop, customize, and implement AEM solutions based on project requirements. Develop and maintain web applications using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). Integrate AEM with third-party systems and platforms as needed. Implement AEM authoring solutions and custom components to meet project requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement AEM components, templates, and workflows. Optimize web applications for performance, scalability, and responsiveness. Troubleshoot and debug issues related to AEM authoring and front-end development. Stay updated on emerging AEM trends, technologies, and best practices. Evaluate and recommend key technology elements for the front-end and content management areas of the next-gen platform Collaborate with Solution and Enterprise Architects to ensure technical direction lines up with broader Digital strategies Acts as primary technical contact for items related to front-end and content management, interfacing with members of brand teams, operations/support, analytics, customer experience, and others Participate in an Agile squad (scrum team), helping the group meet delivery schedules Working with the Product Manager, define KPI's to measure/monitor implementation progress and value, as well as the on-going state of the platform(s)

Requirements: Strong proficiency in Java and/or other backend programming languages. Proficiency in AEM authoring capabilities and best practices. Experience with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery. Strong understanding of web standards, accessibility, and SEO principles. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. Excellent interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills. You have a growth mindset and enjoy learning and growing your knowledge base and skills. You thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with high risks and high rewards
