Summary

In the role of Residential Sales Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales team and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and thrives on providing exceptional customer service.


Duties

  • Coordinate appointments for sales consultations and installations
  • Work closely with customers and installation teams to ensure projects move smoothly from quote to completion
  • Enter and maintain customer and job information within company systems
  • Assist sales representatives with scheduling, follow-up, and project coordination
  • Communicate with customers regarding appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, and installation timelines
  • Manage documentation, contracts, and customer records
  • Support daily office operations and customer service needs

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business software systems
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Positive attitude and strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous customer service, sales support, scheduling, or administrative experience preferred
  • Acumatica experience preferred
