Location: Sarasota, FL | Pay: $28-$35/hr | Start Date: ASAP
Are you a compassionate and skilled nurse looking to make a meaningful difference in a young person's life? We are currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) part time/full time caring for an 18-year-old client with a tracheostomy and ventilator 2 Nights a week or 5 days a week.
This opportunity is perfect for a nurse who values connection, consistency, and the chance to provide high-quality, one-on-one care in a warm and supportive home setting.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide skilled nursing care in the home setting
  • Perform tracheostomy and ventilator management
  • Monitor and document the patient's health status
  • Collaborate with family and clinical team to ensure quality care

Requirements:
  • Active LPN or RN license in good standing (Florida)
  • Experience required with:
    • Tracheostomy care
    • Ventilator management
  • Pediatric or home health experience preferred

  • CPR
  • Valid AHCA/ level two background screening
  • TB test showing a negative result
