Job description

Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for an Alliance Manager - Personalized Healthcare Solutions for a contract assignment with one of our premier Pharmaceutical clients in Tucson, AZ. This position will be remote.
Responsibilities :
  • Seeking a results-driven Alliance Manager to drive contract execution, account growth, and operational governance across our key pharma partnerships. Working alongside internal account leadership, you will lead the end-to-end management of joint agreements, steer governance committees, and align cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and ensure top-tier alliance performance.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned pharma/diagnostics partners to deliver on shared goals and broaden account scope
  • Lead the initiation, drafting, and execution of revenue-generating project contracts
  • Facilitate Joint Steering Committees, enforce contractual compliance, and assess overall alliance health
  • Address partner conflicts proactively and facilitate alignment across internal R&D, Legal, Finance, and Commercial teams
Required Skills:
  • 3+ years** of Alliance Management experience in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or diagnostics
  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field
Preferred Skills:
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Conga
  • CA-AM or CSAP certification
