Now Hiring: Armed Security Officer (1099) - Atlanta, GA


Location: Atlanta, GA 31088


Pay: Biweekly


Employment Type: 1099 Contractor


We are seeking a reliable, professional, and experienced Armed Security Officer who knows how to get the job done. This is not a position for beginners. We are looking for someone who is serious about security, knows how to handle themselves and others respectfully, and is ready to represent the company and our clients with the highest standards.


Requirements:

  • Valid Armed Security License (Blue Card) in Georgia
  • Reliable transportation - You must be able to get to and from the site without issue
  • Must be able to stay awake and alert throughout the entire shift - zero tolerance for sleeping on post
  • Ability to write detailed, accurate reports and complete incident documentation
  • Must have your own duty gear (firearm, duty belt, flashlight, etc.)
  • Must have a professional attitude and carry yourself with authority and respect
  • Punctuality is a must - we need people who show up on time, every time
  • Able to stand for extended periods and patrol as needed
  • Must wear the correct uniform: Black boots, black cargo pants, duty belt, and professional security shirt (shirt may be provided depending on the contract)

Job Duties Include:

  • Patrolling the premises and monitoring activity
  • Enforcing rules, policies, and property guidelines
  • Writing incident reports and maintaining daily activity logs
  • Controlling access to the property and checking credentials
  • Maintaining high visibility and acting as a deterrent to criminal activity
  • Responding to incidents swiftly and appropriately
  • Communicating clearly with clients, law enforcement, and the command team

  • Biweekly pay
  • 12 hour Weekend shifts - Sat/ Sun 6am-6pm & 6pm-6am
