Position Summary...As a key leader in Walmart's grocery distribution network, you will champion asset protection strategies and operational excellence across our distribution centers. Your focus will be on safeguarding people, property, and products-ensuring the integrity and efficiency of our grocery supply chain from warehouse to store.What you'll do...
  • Leverage Data & Technology:Use analytics and technology to identify risks, analyze causes, and implement solutions that improve asset protection and operations. Develop dashboards to inform stakeholders.
  • Drive Business Solutions:Recommend and implement strategies for inventory, cold chain, and product integrity challenges. Build business cases supporting Walmart's grocery goals and cost savings.
  • Ensure Compliance:Support food safety and environmental audits. Enforce policies to meet regulations and integrate best practices.
  • Ensure Employee Health & Safety:Oversee health and safety programs to ensure compliance with OSHA and food safety standards. Coordinate emergency response plans and educate associates on workplace hazards.
  • Drive Process Improvement:Define and refine critical workflows, focusing on efficiency, safety, and product quality. Coach team members in process improvement methodologies to promote continuous improvement.
  • Maintain Operational Excellence:Update and improve SOPs and OBW processes. Identify ways to streamline and boost efficiency.

The annual salary range for this position is $84,000.00 - $126,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
