Northrop Grumman is currently seeking a Property and Asset Management Analyst - Level 2 to join our team. This position will be in support of our Arizona facilities. The role will be located in either Chandler AZ or Gilbert AZ.

You'll be a great fit if you:

  • Have knowledge and understanding of government property acquisitions and understanding of the importance of proper handling of government owned property.
  • Are a self-starter who can prioritize your daily workflow, and work with a geographically dispersed team.
  • Thrive in fast-paced, action-oriented environments and able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously, reprioritize quickly and meet deadlines.

Role and Impact:

  • Review and update property records in property database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Prepare periodic and special reports on property and material review, physical inventory planning, contract annual government property reports (AGPR), PIEE GFP module status, and other reports, as needed.
  • Coordinate and conduct property surveillance reviews and annual physical inventories at supplier and subcontractor sites. Collaborate with Buyers, Subcontract Administrators, and Program and Functional area PFPs (Property Focal Points) to ensure accountability of assets is maintained.
  • Engage in high level of interaction with both internal and external customers, and government regulatory agencies.
  • Support various Property Management System Analysis (PMSA), Contractor Self-Assessment (CSA) reviews, Mission Assurance/Quality audits, and AS9100 audits.
  • Assist program management in the planning and execution of property management life cycle.
  • Assist and provide guidance to other team members, as necessary.
  • Maintain property accountability records, determining condition of assets, arranging disposal of surplus/obsolete material.
  • Occasional irregular hours and travel may be required for the role. This role will be in support of activities at the Chandler AZ main campus, the Chandler AZ off site warehouse, and the Gilbert AZ main campus, as assigned.
  • Additional tasks/assignments may be given to assist other team members, as necessary.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of relevant Property/Asset Management professional experience - OR - Master's degree with 1+ years of relevant Property/Asset Management professional experience.
  • Will consider an additional 4+ years of experience in lieu of degree.
  • Strong PC skills and proficient knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Excel.
  • Experience contributing to the development of new property/asset management concepts, techniques and standards.
  • Experience with industry leading best practices, techniques, and standards as they pertain to property and asset management.
  • Ability to work occasional irregular hours and travel.
  • Requires an active U.S. Government Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to interpret and formulate independent judgment based on federal regulations, FAR 52-245.1 and applicable DFARS.
  • Experience in hazardous environments.
  • National Property Management Association (NPMA) Certifications (CPPS, CPPA, CPPM).
  • Aerospace/Defense Industry experience.

Primary Level Salary Range: $59,600.00 - $89,400.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
