Job description

This position is accountable for managing a profile of Asset Protection for Manufacturing and Processing customers in order to maintain and increase sales/growth and market share for the Protective & Marine Division.

Additional Information:

This position is a field position and will be expected to travel at least 50% of the time, in the Central Area of the Midwest Division (covering Chicago, Rockford, Bloomington, IL and Green Bay, Appleton & Madison, WI).

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future (e.g., OPT, CPT, H1B, EB-1,etc.)
  • Must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license.
  • Must have a high school diploma or GED.
  • Must have one (1) year of experience in business-to-business sales

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Have a bachelor's degree or higher
  • Have one (1) year experience in the Protective & Marine sales or High-Performance Flooring sales.
  • Completed the AMPP Coatings Inspector Program, or have NACE or SSPC certification.
  1. s position is accountable for managing a profile of Asset Protection for Manufacturing and Processing customers in order to maintain and increase sales/growth and market share for the P&M Division. Position will serve as the single point of contact and will manage Asset Protection Manager/ Manufacturing and Processing - based customer relationships, coordinate pricing across geography/span of control. Ultimately, the goal of this position is to make major inroads to specific Asset Protection Manager/ Manufacturing and Processing -based related customers and provide for Protective and Marine Coating needs in all of those various facilities/locations. 
  2. This position will work with specified sale representative teams within stated geography to ensure that specific Asset Protection Manager/ Manufacturing and Processing locations receive the same level of service program offerings. The Asset Protection Manager/ Manufacturing and Processing Representative must be able to effectively utilize resources, marketing technical, and work with decision making facility individuals to meet customer expectations and achieve long-term sales/market growth. This person will also work with Product Marketing to create awareness of new products to serve customer needs. 
  3. Will manage a territory that will vary based on Sales Manager input and aligned with current Manufacturing and Processing Reps within that region.
