The ORC Manager will be critical to the success of the most complex and important business unit at lululemon. Our AP (Asset Protection) vision is to lead compassionately and build trusting relationships to preserve the well-being of our collective and the integrity of our culture. core responsibilities Serve as primary corporate contact building positive relationships with law enforcement agencies (federal, state, local) and prosecuting attorney's offices in directing investigations and presenting cases for prosecution. Design and be responsible for your teams execution of ORC strategies to reduce unwanted criminal activity while identifying trends and patterns within North America - West to cultivate investigation leads.

Establish guidance on company approved surveillance tactics to validate organized retail crime investigations involving individuals, groups and establishments of interest. Research, evaluate, and implement emerging technologies and innovative investigative tools to enhance the detection, prevention, and disruption of Organized Retail Crime (ORC) activity. Provide testimony in criminal proceedings on behalf of the company.

You will work in concert with your Asset Protection Senior Manager and Retail business partners to align and address urgent business requests and trends. Manage, develop and elevate the skill sets of field-based ORC investigators and specialists Collaborate with internal business partners, law enforcement, and industry peers to develop intelligence, share best practices, and lead complex investigations targeting prolific and violent organized retail crime offenders. Manage budgetary spend for ORC team, inclusive of contract workers, expenses and hardware qualifications At least five years' experience in organized retail crime investigations Bachelors' degree preferred.

Communication Skills - strong ability to tell your story (written and verbally) to powerfully teach others the skills to support our ORC strategy and AP vision. Strong documentation and case building skills. Certified or demonstrated ability in addressing retail theft at strategic level, conducting complex external investigations with history of success, and a basic working knowledge or physical security and protection strategy.

Analytical Skills - ability to identify, document, and create data/powerful metrics involving all external theft patterns and trends amongst the assigned area.
