The Assets Protection Manager is responsible for providing safety, security, and risk management expertise across Pizza Hut U.S. equity restaurants. This role partners closely with operations, HR, Legal, and cross-functional stakeholders to protect team members, customers, and brand assets.
This leader serves as a trusted advisor to the business-developing and implementing strategies that reduce risk, strengthen safety culture, and ensure a secure and welcoming environment across restaurants. The role requires strong field engagement, data-driven decision making, and the ability to influence across a complex, multi-unit environment.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
1. Safety, Security & Loss Prevention Strategy
  • Lead and implement safety, security, and loss prevention programs across equity restaurants
  • Identify risks and develop proactive strategies to reduce incidents, liability, and financial loss
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise standards while adapting solutions to market needs

2. Field Partnership & Consultation
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to operations leaders, providing guidance on safety, security, and risk mitigation
  • Build leader capability to effectively prevent and respond to incidents
  • Partner cross-functionally with HR, Legal, Risk, and Operations to drive consistent execution

3. Incident Response & Crisis Management
  • Respond to escalated safety, security, and crisis incidents impacting team members or customers
  • Support leaders through incident resolution, ensuring appropriate protocols and communication
  • Manage sensitive and confidential situations with sound judgment and professionalism

4. Investigations & Compliance
