Job description

Position OverviewThe Asset Protection Analyst serves as the primary point of contact for Burlington business partners and third-party vendors, overseeing incident escalations and providing comprehensive Asset Protection Technology support for stores. This role requires a strong understanding of AP technology, retail store development, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams to resolve issues and drive progress. Responsibilities include reviewing technical drawings, developing action plans, and managing a wide range of AP and store development projects-such as new stores, remodels, relocations, refreshes, special initiatives, and closings -while ensuring all activities are well coordinated and aligned with operational needs. This individual is dedicated to identifying, researching, and resolving complex technical problems; maintaining escalation procedures; ensuring service levels are consistently met; and documenting and monitoring issues to achieve timely resolution. Success in this role requires an independent, self-driven professional who can prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.A Day in the Life

  • Assistin creating,maintaining, and providing procedural documentation.

  • Ensure propercommunicationand transparency around issues, problems,and events.

  • Perform related duties consistent with the scope and intent of the position.

  • Communicate with store management to address any unreported issues or concerns.

  • Provide recommendations that could help improve the store'sAP Technologydeployment, appearance, andutilization.

  • Provide written and oral reports,project updates, and communication logs as required byAPTechnology Manager.

  • Attendingmeetings remotely or on-site asscheduledbytheAP Manager, Technology.

  • Drive lasting solutions to known issues/problems and drill intotheroot cause.
