Asset Protection Associate

As a leader in the retail grocery industry, we are committed to feeding all the important moments in our customers' lives. We are seeking an Asset Protection Associate responsible for ensuring a safe and secure shopping environment for customers, maintaining a safe workplace for associates, and protecting company assets to support the continued success and profitability of the store.

What we ask of you:

Investigate incidents involving the loss of assets, including merchandise, cash, and property

Prevent loss and minimize shrink through active monitoring, surveillance, and other loss prevention strategies

Ensure a safe and secure environment for assigned store locations

Monitor and execute shrink reduction initiatives and programs

What you bring to the table:

Minimum of one year of experience in retail operations, customer service, or loss prevention/asset protection

Strong written communication skills with the ability to produce detailed, accurate reports

Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality in all investigation-related matters

High school diploma or GED required
