Job description

The Company:

  • A prominent Fortune 500 financial services firm with a nationwide network of independent financial advisors. This company offers an extensive selection of investment products and services to individuals, businesses, and institutions, with a strong emphasis on utilizing innovation and technology to cultivate client relationships.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Supporting the secure, accurate movement of cash and assets on a fast-paced operations team. You'll help protect clients and the business by reviewing and processing transactions such as wires, ACH, check disbursements, and depositsโ€”making sound, risk-based decisions while supporting service excellence. You'll also research and resolve moderately complex escalations, collaborate with internal partners, and contribute to process improvements in a deadline-driven environment.

Role Logistics:

  • 6-month contract
  • Hybrid โ€” onsite 3 days per week
  • Start date: September 22, 2026
  • Pay rate: $21โ€“$23/hr

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred (open to recent college grads with the right skill set)
  • Cash movement processing knowledge (wires, ACH, check disbursements/deposits) with a quality/risk mindset
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Excellent time-management and ability to meet strict deadlines
  • High attention to detail and sound judgment handling sensitive financial data
  • Microsoft Office proficiency (including Excel)
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks across several applications while following established procedures
  • Preferred: data analysis skills; brokerage industry knowledge (1โ€“2 years); knowledge of investment vehicles (mutual funds, fixed income, options, stocks, variable annuities); familiarity with Documentum, BETA, Visio, Adobe, or Siebel; background in tax, banking/credit unions, or operations; prior customer service; understanding of direct processing
