Retail Operations Manager

As the one-stop place for gardening tools, fertilizers and supplies, indoor and outdoor plants, flowers and landscape design, patio furniture and accessories, English Gardens is an industry leader of lawn and garden products.

We are looking for an experienced Retail Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our day-to-day retail operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient store operations, maximizing sales and profitability, and maintaining high standards of customer service. The Retail Operations Manager will also play a key role in implementing strategic initiatives to improve productivity, streamline processes, and enhance the overall retail experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure consistent and effective store operations.
  • Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and maintaining appropriate stock levels to meet customer demand.
  • Monitor sales performance and analyze key metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to drive sales growth.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate store staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct regular store inspections to ensure compliance with company standards for cleanliness, organization, and merchandising.

Retail store environment. Must be able to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
