Commercial real estate company seeking a hands-on Asset Manager to oversee operations and financial performance across a diverse portfolio of retail, office, hotel, and residential properties. This role is ideal for someone operationally focused, highly analytical, and experienced in driving asset performance and profitability.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day portfolio operations and asset performance
  • Manage and provide direction to regional and property managers
  • Oversee leasing activity, brokers, and lease negotiations
  • Analyze financials, budgets, sales metrics, and operating performance
  • Build and maintain financial models and performance tracking reports
  • Identify opportunities to improve revenue, occupancy, and efficiency
