The Manager, FM Asset Management Programis responsible forowning and deploying the global FM asset management framework, ensuring critical facilities assets areidentified,maintained,riskmanaged, andlifecycleplannedacross the DPS portfolio.

This role ensures that asset management isriskbased,datadriven, and aligned to business continuity and compliance requirements, supporting safe and reliable facilities operations.This roleis responsible forleading the development, governance, and execution of facilities management (FM) asset management programs across DePuy Synthes. This role ensures that facility assets are effectively planned,maintained, andoptimizedthroughout their lifecycle to support safety, reliability, compliance, and cost efficiency. The position plays a key role in enablingdatadrivendecisionmaking, capital planning, and operational excellence across a complex, global facilities environment

Key Responsibilities

• Define andmaintaintheglobal FM asset management program, including asset criticality and risk classification.

• Ensure consistent asset data, maintenance standards, and lifecycle planning.

• Partner with regional FM teams to embedriskbasedasset prioritization.

• Provide leadership visibility intocritical asset risks, gaps, and investment needs.

• Support capital planning through assetconditionand lifecycle insights.

• Drive continuous improvement in asset reliability and compliance.

• Lead and manage the FM asset management program, including asset lifecycle planning, standards, and governance.

• Establishandmaintainasset management frameworks, processes, and tools to support consistent execution across sites.

• Ensure accuracy, integrity, and governance of FM asset data and systems.

• Monitor asset performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• Support compliance with regulatory, safety, and company standards related to facilities assets.

• Provide guidance, training, andsubjectmatterexpertiseon asset management practices to stakeholders.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Business, or a related fieldrequired

• Advanced degree or relevant professional training preferred

Experience and Skills

Required:

• 6-8 years of progressive experience in facilities management, asset management, engineering, or related operational roles.

• Demonstrated experience managing asset management programs or portfolios in a regulated or complex environment.

• Strong understanding of asset lifecycle management, maintenance strategies, and capital planning.

• Experience working with asset management systems, data, and performance metrics.

• Proven ability to lead crossfunctional collaboration and influence stakeholders in a matrixed organization.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problemsolving skills.

Preferred:

• Experience supporting manufacturing, R&D, or large corporate facilities portfolios.

• Familiarity with global FM standards and asset management frameworks.

• Experience driving process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Experience working in a global or highly regulated organization.

Other:

• Language: Englishproficiencyrequired

• Travel: Up to 25%, primarily domestic

• Certifications: Asset or Facilities Management certifications (e.g., CFM, FMP) preferred, notrequired
