BUILD THE INSTITUTIONAL SIDE OF DIGITAL WEALTH!

Digital brokers and embedded investment platforms are redefining retail distribution. State Street Investment Management is building a dedicated Direct Retail Digital Wealth growth engine to embed ETF capabilities directly into high growth ecosystems. We are hiring a high potential Assistant Vice President to support the structuring and execution of long term strategic partnerships with digital platforms. This is a front line commercial role inside a global institution. You will work directly on real deals, real negotiations and real monetization frameworks.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Drive Commercial Rigor in Platform Deals
  • Build full financial models for digital wealth partnerships
  • Design revenue share structures aligned with recurring flows
  • Analyze partner platform economics including user growth, engagement and monetization dynamics
  • Stress test scenarios and inform negotiation strategy
  • Support Strategic Partnership Execution
  • Prepare materials and pitch decks for C suite level negotiations
  • Structure white label ETF mandates, co branded ranges and savings plan integrations
  • Coordinate due diligence across legal, capital markets, finance and operations
  • Track embedded positioning and post launch performance
  • Shape Scalable Partnership Frameworks
  • Help define repeatable templates for digital wealth agreements
  • Identify structural improvements to speed, pricing discipline and margin protection
  • Contribute to the long term architecture of our digital distribution platform

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • 2 to 4 years experience in fintech, digital brokerage, asset management, platform strategy or top tier consulting
  • Direct exposure to platform monetization, partnerships or ETFs preferred
  • Post graduate degree from a leading business school in strategy, finance or digital transformation
  • Strong financial modeling capability
  • Clear commercial instincts
  • Comfortable operating with senior stakeholders
  • High intellectual horsepower and execution discipline
