As part of THIS ROLE, you will:

  • The product leader for asset management and service catalog will have scope over how Capital One tracks and manages its hardware, software and cloud resources.

  • This group partners with technology, compliance, risk, security, and business teams to understand and optimize their asset ecosystems.

  • Capital One has a large and complex environment with many assets across its different networks, offices, cloud environments, and retail locations.

  • Asset management is a critical component of maintaining a strong technology and security posture, and this program strives to deliver reliable asset management, asset tracking, and asset lifecycle at scale. Assets are defined as any technology device that can connect to the network or internet, any cloud resource, or a software-related technology that is used in Capital One’s infrastructure and environment.

  • This product leader will drive a mature and sophisticated asset management program consisting of a centralized and searchable asset inventory required for good IT management, cybersecurity, risk management, compliance.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • At least 7 years of experience in digital product management

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering

  • MBA or Master’s degree

  • 5+ years of experience in Agile product management

  • 5+ years of experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

Sales Territory: $205,400 - $234,400 for Director, Product Management

Plano, TX: $205,400 - $234,400 for Director, Product Management

McLean, VA: $226,000 - $257,900 for Director, Product Management

Richmond, VA: $205,400 - $234,400 for Director, Product Management

New York, NY: $246,500 - $281,300 for Director, Product Management

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.

This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
