Job Objective
Silvercrest Asset Management is seeking a proactive and organized Client and Office Associate to join our Milwaukee office. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office, overseeing supplies, vendor management, and front desk reception. In addition, duties will include assisting the U.S. Growth Equity teams by providing analytical support as well as tasks related to client support.
Office Administration & Reception Duties:
  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, manage incoming/outgoing mail & courier services.
  • Oversee vendor management to include building security clearances and executing the ordering of all supplies.
  • Ensure conference rooms are set up appropriately for meetings and events, arrange catering as needed for meetings.
  • Ensure the office environment remains clean, professional, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Address minor facility and tech issues and coordinate with property management or maintenance services as needed.

Client & Investment Team Support Duties:
  • Assist in the design, content, and updates of investment presentations and materials for the U.S. Growth Equity teams to ensure a consistent investment and marketing message.
  • Assist in the accumulation or retention of assets by creating investment reviews and assisting in the preparation of presentations to be utilized for clients or prospects.
  • Facilitate the monthly/quarterly commentary process. Provide applicable data and collaborate with the investment teams and marketing department throughout the process. Execute the electronic delivery of the final commentaries.
  • Populate and maintain consulting firm and industry-wide databases with relevant information regarding Silvercrest's U.S. Growth Equity capabilities.
  • Conduct specific ad hoc project-oriented duties related to the U.S. Growth Equity teams as requested.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Prior experience in office management, administrative support, or a similar role preferred.
  • A solid understanding of the asset management business preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Advance proficiency with Microsoft applications, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Have a demonstrated ability to work under tight deadlines and work well under pressure.
  • Ability to work and thrive in a sophisticated small team environment.
  • A professional and welcoming demeanor to maintain a positive office environment.
