ย Position Summaryย 

Trammell Crow Residential (TCR) is seeking an Asset Management Analyst to provide financial and strategic support to the Asset Management teamย based in Dallas, Texas.ย The successful candidate will bring strong analytical skills and a team-oriented, collaborative approach to their work.ย 

Primaryย Responsibilitiesย 

  • Maintain cash flow models on assets and update regularly for new operational activitiesย 
  • Work with third-party property managers to prepare lease-up and stabilized leasing/operational strategiesย 
  • Assistย in annual budget reviews and property valuationsย 
  • Assistย in disposition activitiesย 
  • Assistย in the review of monthly operational reports from third-party property managersย ย 
  • Provide secondary support for due diligence activities on new acquisitions including lease abstracting, analyzing property operating statements, and cash flow projectionsย 
  • Prepare investment waterfall analysis for refi or disposition activitiesย 
  • Analyze individual property performance through review of financial reports and develop internal system to provide summary property performance information to Ownersย 
  • Prepare Return on Investment (ROI) analyses for each property in the portfolio and recommend a long โ€“ term strategy for each property. This will include sell/hold/refinance determinations, evaluations of capitalย needsย and sources of funding.ย Analysis will consider historical performance trends, 10-year projections and workout and re-positioning options for properties, as neededย 
  • Provide information and reports as needed to debt and equity providersย 
  • Act as a liaison with equity and debt contacts to provide operational insights and information as neededย 

Desiredย Skills & Experienceย 

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Finance, Business, or related field isย required
  • Three to five years of experience isย requiredย 
  • Proficiencyย in Microsoft Word and Excelย 
  • Strong customer serviceย and interpersonal skills; ability to relate to othersย 
  • Professional verbal and written communication skillsย 
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical and accounting functionsย 
  • Please note this role is fully in-office at our Old Parkland Headquarters in Dallasย
