Salesforce is looking for a strategic and digitally savvy Product Marketing Lead to join our Release Marketing team. In this high-impact role, you'll own the strategy and execution of non-demo release assets that drive coordinated, measurable customer engagement across Salesforce's product portfolio.
From social content and web experiences to Release in a Box and Trailhead, you'll ensure every touchpoint delivers a consistent, informative, and compelling customer journey - at scale, across the globe.

What You'll Do
Release Activation Strategy

  • Define and manage the release activation strategy for non-demo assets - including social, web, Release in a Box, Trailhead, and more - to ensure every release lands with coordinated, high-impact customer engagement.


Social Content Strategy

  • Own the holistic social content strategy across formats: demo GIFs, carousels, short-form video, and creator/micro-influencer campaigns.

  • Drive reach, audience growth, and engagement by developing content that meets customers where they are.


Web Experience Ownership

  • Own and evolve the web experience for salesforce.com/releases, including marquee videos, FAQs, and ongoing content updates.

  • Ensure the experience delivers a consistent, accessible, and informative customer journey that aligns with each release's narrative.


Measurement & Optimization

  • Lead performance tracking across all Release Marketing deliverables, translating data into actionable insights that continuously improve strategy and maximize business outcomes.


AI-Powered Listening & Insights

  • Leverage AI-powered listening tools to monitor community trends, surface real-time insights, and keep the team responsive to customer needs and market signals.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of proven experience in product marketing, digital marketing, or content strategy - ideally in a B2B enterprise software environment.

  • Deep expertise in social content strategy across formats including short-form video, carousels, and influencer/creator programs.

  • Experience owning and optimizing web experiences, with a strong eye for user experience and brand consistency.

  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using data and performance metrics to drive decision-making.

  • Familiarity with AI-powered social listening and community monitoring tools.

  • Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills - you'll work across marketing, product, creative, and digital teams.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for diverse audiences.

  • A bias for action and the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
