Job description

CLS Capital, LLC is a national, direct private lender providing time-sensitive, bridge financing to real estate investors to fund the purchase of non-owner occupied residential and commercial properties, provide bridge loans, and provide real estate-backed lines of credit.

We are seeking Entry Level Account Executives to join our quickly growing team. The position is responsible for identifying new, viable leads for asset-based real estate Throughout the USA. The Account Executive will work directly with CLS Capital's brokers and borrowers to establish their needs, identify a program that fits those needs, and take steps to qualify the loan and shepherd it through the closing process.

Primary Responsibilities:

Identify new customers for real estate, asset-based loans fitting company's criteria

Follow up on leads generated through CLS Capital's marketing program

Responsibility for loan origination and oversight of processing and underwriting

Responsibility for all follow up servicing after closing

Collection and analysis of financial and credit data to assess customer need and identify the appropriate program

Thorough knowledge and clear communication of all CLS products and services

Learn about new CLS products and services and participate in cross-training to develop a global understanding of the loan life cycle

Expectation to close at least 5 loans for a value of $1,250,000 within the first 4 months of employment

Additional tasks or projects as assigned

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Required Skills:

Ability to communicate effectively with clients in person, over the phone and through email

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Proficiency using MS Office, specifically Outlook, Word and Excel

Ability to handle a 30-50 loan pipeline efficiently

Proficiency using a CRM software,
