HealthOPM is recruiting a Psychological Associate for an established trauma-focused practice with clinic locations in Oakville, Grimsby and St. Catharines, Ontario. Candidates may be based around any of these locations, with hybrid flexibility available.

This opportunity is ideal for a registered Psychological Associate with experience in MVA/SABS, rehabilitation or accident-related trauma who is comfortable working across psychological assessment, diagnosis and treatment.

Your Role

  • Complete psychological assessments and formulate diagnoses within your authorized areas of practice.

  • Provide evidence-based treatment for MVA, trauma/PTSD, chronic pain and related psychological concerns.

  • Develop treatment plans and determine the appropriate clinical pathway for each client.

  • Collaborate with an established team of psychologists, social workers, psychotherapists and rehabilitation professionals.

  • Maintain clear clinical documentation and reports.

What We’re Looking For

  • Registered Psychological Associate (C.Psych.Assoc.) with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario.

  • Authorized to practise autonomously in a relevant area such as Clinical and/or Rehabilitation Psychology.

  • Experience with MVA/SABS, accident-related trauma or rehabilitation psychology strongly preferred.

  • Comfortable providing both assessment and treatment to adults.

  • Strong understanding of trauma, PTSD, chronic pain and related presentations.
