Job description

Assertive Professionals is seeking an Program Manager - OSINT/Watch Officer supporting our National Security customer in Washington, DC. This is an pipeline position. The salary for this position is $11,000.

Responsibilities Include: The Program Manager / Technical Lead will serve as the onsite lead responsible for the oversight and execution of all tasks and deliverables under this contract. This individual will be physically present in the office five days per week during standard business hours, with flexibility to adjust hours in support of 24/7/365 operations as required. The role includes leading the daily activities of an operational and tactical open-source intelligence (OSINT) and intelligence watch team, ensuring the effective collection, analysis, reporting, and dissemination of timely and actionable intelligence.

The Program Manager / Technical Lead will establish and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), OSINT workflows, and intelligence watch support functions to ensure consistency, accuracy, and operational readiness across all mission areas. In addition, the Program Manager / Technical Lead will manage, train, and mentor a team of skilled intelligence support personnel by developing work plans, schedules, and coverage to meet mission requirements. The position will oversee activity logs and reporting processes to ensure accurate tracking, task prioritization, and resource allocation.

The Program Manager / Technical Lead will engage regularly with office personnel, including contract staff, management, and customer leadership, and will participate in meetings, training sessions, and outreach initiatives. The incumbent will also prepare and submit weekly activity reports summarizing staff performance, supported projects, and work schedules to provide visibility into ongoing operations and ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Required Experience and Qualifications: * Active TS/SCI * Degree from an accredited institution * With a degree from an accredited relevant institution in an area applicable to the position: 10 years of relevant experience * With a degree from an accredited institution in an area not relevant to the position: 14 years of relevant experience Desired Experience and Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution with preferred concentrations in areas such as Project or Program Management, Intelligence, Public Administration, Public Policy, American Government/Governance, Law/Legal Studies, or Management/Leadership.

* Intelligence Community (IC) experience * National Security Customer Intelligence analysis experience * Eight (8) years of experience working on an intelligence services contract/task order involving Contractor personnel support. * Eight (8) years of experience directing intelligence operations * Knowledge of the National Security Customer intelligence authorities * Knowledge of the National Security Customer's component missions, and the role of the organization in supporting the Intelligence Enterprise * Knowledge of the National Security Customer's overall intelligence research, analysis, and production process. * Experience working with Microsoft Office suite and the National Security Customer's data systems.
