Position Overview:

The Test/Assembly Technician works under the direction of the Production Supervisor in a cleanroom environment to perform product assembly, testing, and basic troubleshooting. This role is a key contributor to ensuring product quality and supporting production goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform assembly of electro-mechanical chemical delivery systems
  • Conduct functional testing of production assemblies
  • Troubleshoot and repair basic issues in prototype and production systems
  • Analyze and document test results accurately
  • Assist in evaluating and repairing returned products
  • Follow established procedures, drawings, and schematics
  • Collaborate with engineering and quality teams on continuous improvement efforts
  • Maintain 5S standards and a clean, organized workspace
  • Adhere to all safety and cleanroom protocols


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in electro-mechanical assembly
  • Proficient use of written and verbal English
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to utilize test equipment and tools related to assembly and troubleshooting
  • Ability to read and understand diagrams, procedures, drawings and schematics
  • Ability to work in clean room environment
  • Ability to lift approximately 35 pounds.
  • U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident status required.
