Job description

Currently seeking an Assembly Operator in Attleboro, MA for a full-time Temporary to permanent opportunity.

Responsibilities of Assembly Operator:

-Set-up and operate manual tape and reel machines

-Handle, assemble and inspect very small electrical components.

-Read and interpret work instructions and specifications

-Perform assembly tasks utilizing microscopes and tweezers

-Conduct visual inspection of components

- Perform electrical tests using multimeter

-Maintain accurate records in computer system

-Complete other tasks as assigned

Requirements of Assembly Operator:

-Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent required

-Previous Manufacturing and machine operation experience preferred

-Previous inspection and/or assembly experience

-Excellent hand-eye coordination and dexterity

-Good Attention to detail

-Able to look at parts using magnification that are 1/32” in size

-Ability to work under a microscope

-Good Computer skills

-great verbal and written communication skills

Hours: 6:00am-4:30pm Monday-Thursday

Pay Rate: $19.57/hr
