Assembly Technician
Fast-paced custom manufacturing company located in New Castle, DE is seeking Assembly Technicians. Candidate will be responsible for the proper assembly and packing of staging parts and equipment using basic hand tools including drills, impact drills, mallets, hammers, screw drivers, de-burring tools and tape measures. Onsite training provided. Full-time position with comprehensive benefits package. Opportunity for growth & advancement to candidates showing interest and aptitude.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Must be able to read a tape measure ACCURATELY
- Follow verbal and written instructions
- Assist in assembling stage decks, carts, guardrails, stair units & support systems using basic hand tools.
- Must be capable of lifting 60 lbs. and team lift 130 lbs., DAILY
- Team player with positive attitude
- Maintain clean equipment and work areas
