Assembly/Production

SmartTalent is hiring Production Associates for a growing manufacturing company in Everett! This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, have strong attention to detail, and take pride in producing quality products.

LOCATION: Everett, WA

PAY: $19.77 - $20/hr.

SCHEDULE: Monday – Friday 5am – 1:30pm

Job Responsibilities

·Assemble products and components according to work instructions and specifications

·Strip and crimp wires using hand tools and production equipment

·Perform repetitive assembly tasks while maintaining quality standards

·Use basic hand tools safely and efficiently

·Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality expectations

·Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

·Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines

·Assist with other production duties as assigned

Qualifications

·Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred

·Experience stripping and crimping wires is a plus

·Comfortable using basic hand tools

·Ability to read and follow work instructions

·Blueprint reading experience is a plus

·Strong attention to detail and quality

·Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks

·Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude

Physical Requirements
