Job description

Automotive Assembly Associate

Location: Sterling Heights, MI (Near 18 Mile Road & Van Dyke)

We are currently hiring Automotive Assembly Associates to join a growing manufacturing team in Sterling Heights. This position involves assembling automotive components in a fast-paced production environment.

Shift Options & Pay:

1st Shift

  • 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
  • $15.00 per hour

3rd Shift

  • 6:00 p.m. - 2:30 a.m.
  • $15.50 per hour plus $1.50 shift premium
  • Total pay: $17.00 per hour

Pay Increase:

  • Employees receive a $1.50 per hour raise after 3 months.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Assemble automotive parts and components according to work instructions
  • Install clips, bolts, fasteners, wiring, and other components
  • Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met
  • Use basic hand and power tools as needed
  • Follow production schedules and meet daily output goals
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Adhere to all safety and quality procedures

Qualifications:

  • Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required
