IRSG, a division of Pipp Mobile Storage Systems, Inc., is a dynamic and innovative organization committed to delivering excellence to our customers. As a rapidly growing company, we are looking for Production Assembly Associates to work in teams. A Production Assembly Associate, under the Team Lead, handles receiving, storing, shipping, picking and packing items, assembling product, and operating machinery.


Key responsibilities: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

  • You will plan assembly procedures by following specifications of order.
  • You will use hand tools or small machinery, drills, taps, bolts, screws or rivets to assemble products for customers.
  • You will test or assist to test operation of completed product to ensure products are up to standard.
  • You will lift work pieces manually, or use a hoist, and secure work pieces in a fixture.
  • You will inspect and measure product to verify conformance to specifications.
  • You will contribute to a positive work environment, provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers, and maintain a high level of integrity and work ethic.
  • Other duties may be assigned accordingly.

Skills and Qualifications: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent, along with at least one year of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
