BEVERAGE ASSEMBLERJob Requirements / Responsibilities

Assemble airline carts for domestic and international flights by providing food and beverage serving equipment / hardware / utensils, dry goods, snacks, condiments and beverages by following printed diagrams and procedures according to customer specifications.

Sort, wrap, and pack airline dry goods / liquor & equipment into airline carts according to customer specifications.

Keep production areas in compliance with sanitation standards set by HACCP, FDA, USDA, and customers' requirements.

Assure proper management of liquor inventory and documentation.

Ability to read, speak and understand English.

Ability to perform in a high-pace, time-sensitive, work environment and keep up with workflow

Must be able to follow/understand card specifications/printed diagrams

Must possess basic math skills

Previous experience in an assembly / production-type environment

Must have good organizational skills and adaptable to frequent changes in requirements

Must be able to work around moving parts & wet floors

Must be able to use fingers & hands to handle equipment

Environmental Requirements:

Will be exposed to extreme temperature changes (hot and cold) and noise.

Are required to be physically active: walking, standing, bending, lifting and pushing 40+ lbs

Regularly stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently during shifts of 8+ hours

Are required to follow PPE, GMPs, Safety and Security requirements
