Job description

Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for Packaging Assembler opportunities in Austin, TX. Responsibilities for a Packaging Assembler include but are not limited to:

  • Perform manual kitting, assembly, capping, and labeling of vials, bottles, tubes, sub-assemblies, and finished goods in a clean room manufacturing environment.

  • Accurately follow established procedures, ISO guidelines, and regulatory safety standards, including proper wearing of PPE.

  • Safely operate manual and semi-automated filling equipment while maintaining product quality and precision.

  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals, maintain clean workstations, and perform light equipment maintenance.

Candidates for Packaging Assembler must meet the following requirements to be considered:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent relevant experience; life sciences manufacturing experience is a plus.

  • Previous hands-on experience in manual kitting, packaging, and assembling products (non-automated assembly).

  • Ability to lift 10 lbs. regularly, 25 lbs. frequently, and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.

  • Strong attention to detail, reliability, punctuality, and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
