Job description

Are you up for the opportunity of a lifetime? If so, we are seeking a Production Associate, who will aid in the manufacturing of goods in a light production environment to complete products for orders to meet the needs of our customers. 

Key Accountabilities:

  • Quickly and efficiently assemble components, which can include but not limited to capping bottles, repacking bottles and/or building kits of multiple components to ensure production levels are maintained
  • May work individually or as part of an assembly line to complete the process, in which case must communicate with other team members on the production line to ensure speed and accuracy to meet established metrics
  • Accurately record daily production with limited use of company ERP system
  • Inform supervisors of any part or equipment defects to ensure prompt response to the problem  
  • Maintain an efficient and orderly production room while following all company and facility safety policies, procedures, and guidelines and immediately reporting potentially hazardous situations
  • Support branch metrics to drive customer thrill
  • Fulfill the employee portion of the Berlin Values
  • Other tasks as required

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: 

  • High school diploma or GED strongly preferred 
  • Prior warehouse experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to complete tasks and solve problems with high attention to detail
  • Demonstrates a strong work ethic and ability to learn 
  • Positive attitude, and contributes to a positive team culture
  • Self-motivated; reliable, with strong initiative and results orientation
  • Models safe work practices
  • Computer literate
  • Manual dexterity and ability to stand for extended periods of time
