Job description

You will be the C-130 Final Assembly Manager - Level 5 for the Final Assembly, Trim, Engine Shop and Component Paint team which is responsible for delivering highquality C130J aircraft.


What You Will Be Doing


As the C-130 Final Assembly Manager - Level 5 you will be responsible for leading culture, safety, FOD, quality, cost and schedule obligations for a 130person team on the C130J program.


Your responsibilities will include:



  • Drive a safetyfirst culture and enforce FODcontrol standards.

  • Ensure product quality meets stringent aerospace requirements.

  • Manage cost performance and drive continuous improvement.

  • Maintain schedule fidelity and mitigate delivery risks.

  • Mentor and develop both salaried staff and artisans/mechanics.
