Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY
The Manufacturing Assembly Manager is responsible for overseeing the assembly department's daily 
operations, ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining high-quality standards, and leading a 
team of assembly technicians. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the 
ability to manage resources effectively

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of assembly technicians, providing guidance, 
training, and support to ensure high performance and professional development.
• Production Management: Oversee the assembly production process, ensuring that all tasks are 
completed efficiently and meet quality standards.
• Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure that all 
assembled products meet the required specifications and standards.
• Resource Management: Manage the allocation of resources, including materials, equipment, 
and personnel, to optimize production efficiency.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and create a safe working 
environment for all assembly department personnel. Conduct regular safety training and 
inspections.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement 
changes to enhance productivity and quality.
• Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with other departments, including 
distribution, assembly, and management, to ensure smooth operations and collaboration.
• Achieve production targets and maintain high-quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Provide effective leadership and support to the assembly department team.
 

Qualifications

REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES: 
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage resources effectively and optimize production efficiency.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: 
• Proven experience in a similar role within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Technical expertise in assembly production processes and quality control.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing environment
