Are you a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment? We're looking for a Warehouse Supervisor (Order Assembly) to join our Calgary Operations Team.

Warehouse Supervisor (Order Assembly): The Warehouse Supervisor plays a key role in overseeing the efficient and safe operations of their dedicated warehouse shift. This position is responsible for leading and supporting a team of warehouse associates, ensuring productivity targets are met, workflows run smoothly, and operational standards are consistently followed. The Supervisor coordinates daily activities including scheduling, workload management, training, and performance conversations to foster strong engagement and continuous improvement. Additionally, this role upholds all health, safety, and compliance requirements while responding to emergent issues to maintain an effective and high-performing warehouse environment.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations for their shift and department, ensuring workload is balanced and productivity targets are met.

  • Review daily productivity metrics with teammates and provide coaching, efficiency recommendations, and ongoing performance feedback.

  • Lead teammate engagement activities including daily huddles, contributing to performance reviews, training, and support for new teammates.

  • Manage teammate scheduling and time approvals, ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet operational demands.

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment by adhering to best practices, SOPs, and all health and safety requirements.

  • Respond to emergent operational issues, providing support and solutions to maintain workflow continuity.

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and support warehouse teammates.

  • Solid understanding of warehouse operations, productivity standards, and workflow management.

  • Ability to conduct performance conversations, deliver feedback, and facilitate team huddles or engagement activities.

  • Working knowledge of scheduling tools and timetracking systems (e.g., Avanti or similar).

  • Strong commitment to health, safety, and compliance standards within a warehouse environment.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with teammates and crossfunctional partners.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

EDUCATION: High School/GED
