Job Description

We are seeking an Assembler 1 to join our team. The candidate will operate and troubleshoot assembly line machinery, handle materials, and maintain accurate production records to support safe and efficient manufacturing.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up, operate, and troubleshoot manufacturing assembly line machinery and equipment.
  • Operate equipment to install parts, components, or sub-assemblies into in-process products.
  • Move, pack, and sort raw materials and finished goods.
  • Monitor output quality and identify, discard, or rework faulty products.
  • Maintain accurate daily assembly production records for performance analysis.
  • Cross-train and support multiple production lines as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Ability to set up and operate manufacturing or assembly equipment safely.
  • Attention to detail with basic quality inspection skills.
  • Capability to follow work instructions and maintain documentation.
  • Experience level: Entry-level to 2 years in manufacturing or assembly.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing or 5S practices.
  • Prior experience with cross-training across production lines.
