Job description

We are currently seeking dependable and hardworking Assemblers to join a fast-paced manufacturing team in Bossier City, LA. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with their hands, are comfortable using tools, and can maintain quality while meeting production goals.

Job Responsibilities
  • Assemble parts and components according to work instructions and production specifications.
  • Use hand and power tools to complete assembly tasks.
  • Measure, fit, align, and secure components accurately.
  • Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Read and follow work orders, drawings, and basic measurements.
  • Maintain an organized and safe work area.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE.
  • Meet daily production and productivity expectations.
  • Work as part of a team to complete orders accurately and on time.
  • Perform general manufacturing and production duties as needed.
Qualifications
  • Previous manufacturing, assembly, construction, or production experience is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to use basic hand and power tools.
  • Ability to read a tape measure is preferred.
  • Must be dependable and able to maintain consistent attendance.
