General Laborer

Company: Artistic Pavers (Manufacturing)

Location: Miami, FL

Available Shift: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday – Friday)

About the Role

We are seeking motivated and reliable employees to join our team as General Laborers and Production Operators to support the growing production demand of our high-end concrete pavers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and move raw materials and finished products
  • Assist with production machinery, hand tools, and power tools
  • Support assembly line setup and breakdown
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas (warehouse & production floor)
  • Work collaboratively to meet daily production targets
  • Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
Work Environment
  • Manufacturing environment with exposure to dust, noise, and varying temperatures
  • Physically demanding role requiring standing for extended periods
  • Must be comfortable lifting heavy materials and working both indoors and outdoors
  • Steel-toe boots and required PPE must be worn at all times
Qualifications
  • Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred
  • Mechanical aptitude or assembly experience preferred
  • Ability to lift heavy materials and perform repetitive tasks
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing safety procedures
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
  • Candidates must be comfortable working both on and off the forklift throughout the shift.
