Job description

Kelly is Hiring: Assembly Associates

Location: Romeoville, IL

Looking to jump-start your career in food production? 

No experience needed—just bring your positive energy and willingness to learn!

Shifts & Pay:

  • 1st Shift: 6:00am – 2:30pm ($16/hr.)
  • 2nd Shift: 2:30pm – 11:00pm ($17/hr.)

What You’ll Do:

  • Work in a refrigerated environment (37°F and below)
  • Inspect and ensure quality control of food products
  • Make, shrink wrap, and pack pizzas
  • Stand on the production line for the entire shift
  • Lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
  • Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s) and USDA guidelines
  • Maintain excellent hand hygiene and follow safety/hygiene plans
  • Report any food safety or quality issues to supervisors or quality assurance
  • Comply with customer requirements as needed

No Experience Necessary!

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Stand or walk for long periods throughout the shift
  • Bend, squat, push/pull, and make fast, repetitive hand motions
  • Work in cold, refrigerated, or freezer conditions

Food Safety & Quality:

  • Immediately report any quality or safety concerns to management
  • Help maintain high standards for food, equipment, and workspace
