JOB SUMMARY

An opportunity to work with a leading archery company that has national and global reach in the sale of archery products. This position offers opportunity to learn product production and assembly, which including packaging and assembly.

JOB RELATIONSHIPS

Interpersonal relationships: Production associates, production management, assembly management.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND REPONSIBILITIES

-Must be a good listener and be able to follow exact instructions and specific directions

-Must be willing to pursue excellence in the production process and constantly seek performance improvement

-Must be a team player

-Must be able to fully utilize both hands, as well as lifting and moving with the entire body

-Desire to meet deadlines and production goals
