Job description

The Cleanroom Assembly Technician performs manual assembly operations within a cleanroom production environment, building components and finished goods ranging from individual parts to complete kits. Ensures products meets quality standards and production requirements while adhering to safety, cleanliness, and standard operating procedures.
What You Will Do:
  • Assemble components and products manually and with equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures
  • Operate production machinery to complete assembly and sealing of final product
  • Inspect and test assembled parts to verify quality and functionality (pass/fail criteria)
  • Prepare, clean, and package finished products for shipment in accordance with cleanroom standards
  • Sort, organize, and stage materials, parts, and supplies for production use
  • Remove excess material from molded components and prepare parts for assembly
  • Use hand tools and small equipment to support assembly processes
  • Maintain cleanliness of work area, tools, and equipment in alignment with cleanroom requirements
  • Follow all safety, quality, and compliance procedures; report any issues or nonconformances
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What You Will Bring:
