Job Description:

StenTech is seeking reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented Production Associates to join our manufacturing team. This position supports various production and manufacturing processes involving laser operations, metal materials, specialized equipment, cleaning, assembly, shipping and general production operations.


Training, safety equipment, and PPE will be provided. Candidates who are dependable, safety-conscious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced manufacturing environment are encouraged to apply.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and assist with production and manufacturing equipment
  • Cut, clean, and prepare metal materials according to work instructions
  • Run specialized production machinery following safety and quality standards
  • Inspect products for accuracy, cleanliness, and quality
  • Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Support general production, assembly, and warehouse functions as needed
  • Perform basic measurements and math calculations related to production tasks
  • Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals


Work Schedule:

  • Monday–Thursday
  • 10-hour shifts
  • Opportunity to transition to a weekend shift after training completion, based on business needs.
