Associate Technician – Optical Manufacturing

Adecco is currently hiring Associate Technicians for a leading optical manufacturing company in St. Petersburg, FL. In this role, you will help produce high-quality prescription eyewear for optical retailers by supporting lens production, coating, inspection, and assembly processes.

Responsibilities
Operate equipment used to surface, polish, edge, and process prescription lenses
Prepare lenses for production through blocking and taping processes
Load and operate coating and tinting equipment
Perform quality inspections to ensure accuracy and product standards
Assemble lenses into frames and verify proper fit and alignment
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Qualifications
Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, or optical experience is a plus
Strong attention to detail and quality
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
Schedule & Pay
Starting Pay: $16.00 per hour (shift differential may apply)
Shifts Available: 1st and 2nd Shift
Full-time opportunities available
Pay Details: $16.00 to $17.00 per hour
