What You'll Doย 

As an Assembly Technician, you will:ย 

  • Assemble electrical and mechanical components using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment.ย ย 

  • Follow work instructions, schematics, and assembly drawings to ensure products meet quality standards.ย ย 

  • Perform wiring, soldering, crimping, and mechanical fastening operations.ย ย 

  • Inspect components and finished assemblies for accuracy, quality, and compliance with specifications.ย ย 

  • Maintain production documentation and report issues, discrepancies, or improvement opportunities.ย ย 

  • Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to resolve assembly challenges.ย ย 

  • Support inventory accuracy by tracking parts usage andย identifyingย shortages.ย ย 

  • Follow all safety procedures andย maintainย a clean, organized work area.ย ย

  • Technical training or vocational certification.ย ย 

  • IPC-A-610 and/or IPC/WHMA-A-620 certification.ย ย 

  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing and 5S workplace organization.ย ย
