1st Shift Assembly – Tualatin, OR
Location: Tualatin, OR
Pay: $20+/HR (Based on Experience)
Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 1st Shift (4 x 10-hour shifts)
Opportunity: Contract with potential for extension and/or permanent hire

We are seeking detail-oriented Assemblers to support the production of high-quality optical and electronic products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with assembly experience, strong attention to detail, and a desire to learn new skills.
What You'll Do
  • Perform mechanical, optical, and electronic assembly tasks
  • Read and follow detailed work instructions and assembly procedures
  • Use hand tools, torque tools, electric drivers, and specialized assembly equipment
  • Inspect components and finished products for quality and workmanship
  • Identify and correct defects, contamination, or assembly issues
  • Perform soldering and basic electronic assembly tasks
  • Operate automated equipment, robotic systems, and adhesive dispensing equipment
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow safety, quality, and manufacturing standards
What We're Looking For
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
