Manufacturing Openings are on 2nd Shift & 3rd Shift

Location: Sheboygan, WI & Kohler, WI

Training will be on 1st Shift 6:30am to 2:42pm

Specific responsibilities:

  • Operate tools, machinery, or equipment related to fabrication, welding, painting, assembly, or material handling.

  • Read and follow work instructions, diagrams, or blueprints to ensure accuracy and quality.

  • Inspect work for defects and perform quality checks at each stage.

  • Operate hand tools, power tools, or machinery safely and effectively.

  • Safely move, load, and unload materials using forklifts or other equipment (where applicable).

  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.

  • Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

  • Prior experience in manufacturing, welding, painting, assembly, or forklift operation is helpful, but not required - training is provided.

  • Ability to work with hand and power tools safely and effectively.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.

  • Physical ability to lift, move, and handle materials as needed.

  • Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills.

  • Testing and certification requirements may apply based on the position.

  • Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of all post-offer pre-employment requirements.

The hourly salary for this position is $25.20 - 27.65, plus shift premiums of $1.50. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
