Job description

Assembly Technician - ALL SHIFTS:
  • 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM | $19.00/hour
  •  2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM | $20.25/hour
  •  3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM | $21.50/hour                                

Position Summary:
We are seeking reliable Assembly Technicians to join our manufacturing team on all shifts. In this role, you'll support production operations by inspecting products, packaging finished goods, maintaining quality standards, and helping ensure an efficient, safe production environment. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect materials and finished products for quality, accuracy, and appearance.
  • Package products according to specifications and customer requirements.
  • Assemble boxes, prepare packaging materials, and palletize finished products.
  • Load bottles, caps, sprayers, and other components onto the production line as needed.
  • Monitor production equipment and notify the Line Leader of any quality or equipment issues.
  • Assist with line changeovers, cleanup, and general production support during downtime.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by management.
