Shift Schedules

East Plant – Assembly

1st Shift: 6:45 AM – 3:00 PM

2nd Shift: 2:45 PM – 11:00 PM

3rd Shift: 10:45 PM – 7:00 AM

East Plant – Machine Operators

1st Shift: 6:15 AM – 2:30 PM

2nd Shift: 2:15 PM – 10:30 PM 

3rd Shift: 10:15 PM – 6:30 AM

West Plant – Machine Operators

1st Shift: 6:45 AM – 3:00 PM

2nd Shift: 2:45 PM – 11:00 PM

3rd Shift: 10:45 PM – 7:00 AM

Shift placement will depend on department and plant needs.

Job Summary

  • Employees will perform a variety of machine operation and component assembly tasks to produce CVJ (Constant Velocity Joint) assemblies. Team members rotate between workstations, complete sub-assembly operations, and work collaboratively to meet production and quality standards.
  • Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Operate manufacturing equipment and monitor machine performance.
  • Verify product quality and ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Record quality inspection data and production information.
  • Reset and adjust machine controls as needed.
  • Supply components to hoppers, conveyors, and indexing stations.
  • Record inventory transactions using barcode systems.
  • Perform assembly operations using hand tools and mechanical equipment.
  • Rotate between stations and assist team members as needed.
  • Follow safety procedures and work instructions.
  • Complete any additional duties assigned by supervision.

Requirements

✅ High School Diploma or GED -

✅ Minimum 6 months manufacturing experience preferred

✅ Ability to:

  • Complete manual and computer production records
  • Perform basic calculations and measurements
  • Read and follow written and verbal instructions
  • Learn machine operation, adjustments, and maintenance procedures
  • Use measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges (training provided)
  • Work independently after training
  • Multi-task in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Maintain reliable attendance and overtime flexibility

Physical Requirements

  • Lift up to 25 lbs regularly and 50–75 lbs occasionally
  • Stand and walk for extended periods
  • Perform repetitive bending, twisting, lifting, and reaching
  • Maintain hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills
  • Read gauges, indicators, and safety information accurately
  • Work in varying temperatures, moderate noise levels, and around manufacturing oils/fluids
  • Move safely in tight spaces and production areas
  • Note: Forklift-certified employees may also perform Material Handler duties.
