Express Employment Professionals is hiring Electrical Assembly Associates for a growing manufacturing facility in Pelzer, SC. If you enjoy hands-on work, have great attention to detail, and want a consistent four-day workweek, this is a great opportunity to join a quality-focused production team.

Job Responsibilities
  • Assemble electrical cables and components by following detailed work instructions and blueprints
  • Perform assembly tasks including cutting, stripping, trimming, crimping, and organizing electrical components
  • Use hand tools and assembly equipment safely and efficiently
  • Assist with building electrical assemblies and basic control panels
  • Test completed assemblies to ensure quality standards are met
  • Identify and report defects or production issues
  • Prepare completed products for shipment by cleaning, packaging, palletizing, and wrapping
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
